Rain Rain Rain

A small but special moment happened today..
After temperatures of 40 degrees Celsius for the past 2 weeks (during exam season) , the city was blessed with rain and brought with it a cooler refreshing air. The moment I heard the rain I went straight to the balcony and enjoyed the beauty. Within moments the sprinkles turned to splashes as the rain intensified. The display of nature in front of me simply felt magical. After an unhappy couple of days this was just the little cheering up I needed.
